Former expert witness in Breath Testing and Field Sobriety Tests turned crminal defense lawyer, Jeff Sifers bases his law practice in Oklahoma City while serving all of Oklahoma.  Mr. Sifers practice has a distinct focus in the defense of those persons accused of Driving Under the Influence, but also extends to serve those people who have been accused by the government of committing other crimes.  The Sifers Defense Firm has a singular guiding principle at its root:  That all people who have been accused of a crime are innocent until PROVEN guilty.  Mr. Sifers' firm works to perserve the client's rights by holding the government to their burden of proof, and making sure that a plea of guilt is the very last option - not the first or only.
