ONLY when pressed, the closing attorney (not my family attorney who I count on mind you) told me that we should take it to small claims court at least. All the other people in the transaction made us feel equally helpless and like there was no recourse..including the realtor the home inspector and a few friends, acquaintances and neighbors, etc...all we kept getting was like "too bad"..there is really nothing you can do..or "the same thing happened to us"...TY SOOO much attorney Murdock for letting us know that its not over yet!
