Nicholas R. Oleski is an associate in the Litigation group at McCarthy Lebit with a focus on debtor-creditor rights.  Specifically, Nick represents owners of distressed commercial real estate in connection with judicial and non-judicial foreclosure defense.  He also handles general commercial litigation matters, including receivership proceedings, and assists the Firm’s Education practice regarding Title IX matters and students with special education needs.While in law school, Nick served a judicial externship with the Honorable James S. Gwin of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
