My practice concentrates on business and corporate law, including acquisitions and sales, reorganizations and restructurings, and the litigation resulting therefrom.  I am a member of Cincinnati, Ohio, and American Bar Associations.  I have served on the Indian Hill City Council and currently serve on the Planning/Zoning Commission.I have participated in hundreds of transactions, including the purchase and sale of scores of businesses, and have served on numerous boards of directors including companies engaged in broadcast radio, cable TV, convenience stores and real estate development.  I am also a trained arbitrator and mediator.
