ADR: Appropriate Dispute Resolution.  Chuck Newman is a dispute resolution professional, as litigator, transactional lawyer, mediator and arbitrator. He helps people and businesses with commercial or family conflicts, including divorce.  He co-teaches the Columbia University Law School EEOC mediation clinic, a special program set up under an initiative of New York's Chief Judge for exception third-year students.  He also coaches and faciliates at numerous other mediation training programs.  At the same time, he maintains his practice as a divorce lawyer and commercial litigator.
