Charles focuses his practice on defending lawyers and accountants against allegations of malpractice, representing insurers in coverage disputes, and in representing employers in disputes with former and current employees.  He has handled cases in 28 state and federal jurisdictions throughout the United States.  He is currently licensed to practice in the state courts of Minnesota, Wisconsin and North Dakota.
