About
Bridgette Tomasetti has an undergraduate degree in Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Asheville. She received her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law. Ms. Tomasetti is well versed in all phases of criminal justice matters including bond hearings, plea negotiations, arraignment, jury trials, sentencing hearings, pre and post conviction release conditions (GPS monitoring, Useful Public Service, Therapy and Classes, etc.) and probation violations/revocations and modifications. Ms. Tomasetti also has work experience as an administrative adjudicator for the Colorado Department of Revenue. At the DOR she worked as a hearing officer and ruled on administrative matters before the agency regarding all licensing issues, including DUI cases and license points matters. Ms. Tomasetti prepares each case thoroughly with the mindset that we are always prepared to go to trial if necessary. She is always accessible to her clients, allowing time to talk about each individual case and issue. She strives to help clients understand the criminal justice system and to be an advocate as they and navigate their way through the process.
