About
I represent people accused of all crimes in all courts; District, Superior, Federal, and Juvenile. Though located in Downtown Boston, I have appeared in almost all Criminal Courts in Massachusetts. Oftentimes, people feel scared, anxious, and helpless; I make a point of listening to my clients and treating them with respect. My wife and I live in Boston. I like to read, play sports, and fish.

When I initially emailed Mr. Fasoldt, my boyfriend and I had been through 3 lawyers. Criminal accusations and the legal process is stressful and scary. My boyfriend and I were having a hard time understanding what was going on and why we didn't seem to be getting the help we needed. I saw on Avvo that Mr. Fasoldt had many happy clients who left comments stating that he explains everything. They were absolutely correct. I am so thankful that we hired him. We understand so much more about the process and what our options are. He is ready and willing to answer any and all of our questions. Continuing with our case, the process is still stressful. However, knowing that Mr. Fasoldt is representing us gives us incredible relief. I highly recommend him.
If you are looking for a criminal defense lawyer, I highly recommend Henry Fasoldt. My son went through a very difficult period in 2013 & 2014 and ended up having several legal issues, which ended him up in several different courts. I was a mess and didn’t know where to turn when I was given Henry’s name. Henry was always reachable when we had questions, worked around our schedules when we had to meet and was extremely skilled and confident during hearings. My son is doing great, all his legal problems are behind him and we owe that all to Henry!
I highly recommend Henry Fasoldt for anyone looking for a criminal defense lawyer. When you are going through a highly stressful situation (like I was), you need someone like Henry who is calm and well-informed. He responded to my phone calls and emails very promptly, was always willing to meet at a time convenient for me, and explained complicated legal jargon in an understandable way. His skills and confidence during hearings and the trial were very impressive and allowed me to rest a little easier at night. Most importantly, because of the time and dedication Henry devoted to my case, I was cleared of any wrongdoing!
Henry and his team helped me with my case. It seemed as if they did all they could to help me in my time of need. He was very professional and kept me informed with all aspects of my case. Even when my nerves were at their highest, Henry was very calming and was able to win my case. What can I say, the man is a winner and thats what you get on your side. A person and team that will win for you.
I am not quite sure where to start when writing about Henry. Not incidentally, he never asked me to do this, I suggested it to him. This is not the first time I have had to use an attorney; after all, I am twice divorced and that involved whole offices of attorneys. They were all entirely focused on their financial interests and I got scalped, both times. The first time involved considerable illegal behavior on the part of those representing me including an under-the-table financial collaboration with my husband. The second divorce involved jacking up the price with unnecessary time and behaviors and then making it difficult for me to do anything about the first law firm and for the second one, I didn't even try. These episodes occurred in the past and have been out of my mind although the financial repurcussions have required attention over the years and have damaged my life. More recently, after being arrested for a DUI and kept in a cold jail cell overnight I was pretty traumatized, no less by the fact that I was going to have to get involved with another lawyer. Fortunately a family member helped me by doing internet research and found this law firm following which Henry began to work on my case. Henry got involved very quickly, drove out to my house which is at the other end of the state from his office, picked me up and took photos of the area where I'd been stopped. He even drove me to the post office to buy stamps because a family member asked him to help me with that, unbeknownst to me; Henry found his way there on his own, never mentioned to me that we were going there, apparently realizing that I'd have refused the favor. Since Henry charged a lump sum negotiated in advance, he didn't get paid for that favor. I might mention that family who work in the financial area thought his price was reasonable. When I commented on his niceness, he replied that he would not be "nice" when defending me in court. He was implying that he responds to situations in ways that he believes will be effective. He was telling the truth. While he was very sweet with me and a family member who accompanied me and often humourous, when inside the courtroom he presented as intellligent, dignified and at times, forceful. Apparently he was also persuasive. Although I did not witness his private talks with the ADA's I could not have failed to notice that both were impressed by him. The first one was a woman in early middle age who kept turning around from her seat in front of him to make comments and smile at him. The second one was a young man who followed us around after the court appearance, trying to chat with him, gave him part of his life's story, unsolicited. That Henry is tall, handsome and well-dressed likely contributed to his success although as stated, his knowledge, skill and personality seemed so very effective. I was actually innocent of the charges and Henry quickly grasped the effect of my multiple medical issues that the police did not understand. However, since there were no witnesses, I had been in the car alone, I think the situation could have gone either way in court. A less skillful attorney might not have been successful. I cannot recommend anyone more highly than Henry. The legal profession should be grateful to him for his attention to ethics and reputation and lack of involvement in dishonesty and money worship. He is a gift of gold to his clilents.
Henry and his team were integral in helping my husband navigate his way through the Massachusetts legal system. Though always an optimist, he maintained realistic expectations in regards to the outcome of our case. He was always available for questions (weekends, nights, etc.), flexible in meeting times, and on time for every court appointment. Henry's extensive knowledge of the drunk driving laws were a key asset to our case, and with the tools (i.e., expert witness, jury screening questions, etc.) he provided, we were able to win our case (when he only gave us a 50/50 chance of winning). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Henry to anyone caught in the predicament we were in.
Henry is an excellent attorney. He is knowledgeable, approachable, detail-oriented, thorough, and cares for your case as if it were his own. He is a superb litigator who was excellent during cross-examination of all witnesses. Thanks for the outstanding job on my case and if you hire Henry, rest assured that he will fight for you to the finish!!
