I went there 6 times, and every time that lady found a way to mess things up. I always made appointments ahead of time, but that lady would let walk ins take my spot, right when I'm literally standing next to the front desk. She once didn't call and cancel my appointment when the lawyer wasn't available. Very rude, never apologized for her mistakes, and literally hung up on me once when I didn't even finish my sentence on making appointment.
