Attorney Charles “Chuck” Brooks has been practicing law in Monroe since 1985. He holds a B.A. from Guilford College and J.D. from the University of North Carolina. As an accomplished trial lawyer, Chuck has represented individuals charged with all types of crimes from simple assault to capital murder. He has appealed cases before the North Carolina Court of Appeals as well as the Supreme Court of North Carolina. Chuck also has extensive experience representing individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries and families who bring wrongful death claims. Chuck is a member of the North Carolina bar Association, the Union County Bar Association, North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the American Association for Justice.
