Charissa Huang represents individuals and businesses in litigation and transactional law matters. She counsels businesses, immigrants, students, professionals, and others on issues related to immigration matters such as green cards, nonimmigrant visas, deportation, and removal proceedings. She advises municipalities on matters including eminent domain and governmental immunity.  Additionally, Charissa represents parties in employment law cases involving the Whistleblower’s Protection Act, Michigan Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act, and racial discrimination under Title VII and the Elliot-Larsen Civil Rights Act.
