I was an insurance defense attorney for 30 years. It was a really great part of my life and the best part was I got to try (and mostly win) over 60 jury trials. Given changes in the defense industry, I decided it was time to make a change. Given my trial experience, I had quite a few plaintiff firms making me offers to come work for them. I picked a firm (Law Offices of Brian J. Breiter) I tried a case with several years ago, and I am rather pleased as they are a trial lawyer firm, and it does make a difference representing individuals against the insurance companies. The fit is, as they say, perfect.
