Chad was wonderful. He was very thorough in his evaluation and communication and insights. He was wonderful to work with. He did everything necessary to achieve the desired outcome and did it in just the way I expected and wanted. He was great all the way around.
Chad was so incredible. He did everything on time, updated us on everything and worked so hard in our favor. We felt like he really cared for our situation and did everything he could to help us
We retained Mr. Warren when we were facing an issue as a school board. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very respectful of the fact that we had a tight budget as we beholden to the school budget. The issues were resolved and as members of the school board, we were able to rest easy. We found him to be very sharp and able to understand the situation quickly. I have had other dealings with attorneys in my own personal business in the past, and found them to be good, but always a little distracted and in a hurry. Mr. Warren took the necessary time to reassure us that we were being heard, and at the same time was able to come into understanding the situation quickly and offer very meaningful and appropriate solutions that we had not even considered. His legal knowledge and understanding were key to our being able to solve the situation. I would use him again. He was great. Also, I have to say something about Mr. Warren's discretion. As there was no wrongdoing on the part of the charter school board, because of the political nature of charter schools and their public reception in general, there can often arise PR problems that affect charter schools--because they are funded by enrollment. Public opinion turns on small hinges, and charter schools often are caught in the public melee. In this particular case, Mr. Warren showed an amazing amount of discretion and was respectful to us as board members. I am leaving this review anonymously only because I don't want to bring down any undue scrutiny on our school or the situation, but I did want to give kudos to Mr. Warren for a job well done.
We first met Chad when he was with another firm and used him for quite a few things over the years. It became fairly clear to us that he was the brains/workhorse of the firm, so we were delighted when we learned that he went out on his own and we could deal directly with him! In this latest issue, Chad is very knowledgeable and kept a tense situation calm. When we met with the opposing council, Chad was able to point out things in a nice, but firm, manner and we were able to resolve a really tough lawsuit in a way that we were happy with. Chad is a wiz with contracts-- very fast and an amazing retention. Almost a photographic memory. I felt like his billing was very fair-- mainly because we weren't paying him to "learn on the job." He could have kept this dispute going for a long, long time (and padded the bill) but was more interested in getting me and my wife back to normal and getting this stress out of our lives. Since this latest issue was with one of the biggest landlords in Utah (with attorneys on staff) we originally we went with a much more expensive attorney from a very prestigious firm (thinking that would help settle the case if we brought in "big guns"), however when it became clear that this case was going to probably go to court, we wanted to switch to a less expensive firm. Chad was the perfect option. True, there were no huge, elaborate conference rooms, less mahogany, and only a few law books (which were actually being used and not just for decoration) but we actually got updated more often, emails were answered within hours, billed about half, and I think the legal representation was as good or maybe even a bit better. All in all, I highly recommend!
