Nathan Schroeder is a Partner at Dutton, Braun, Staack, & Hellman. Since joining DBSH in 2013, Nate has primarily been involved with the Firm’s litigation practice. Nate’s practice includes, but is not limited to, probate litigation (will contests), personal injury and insurance defense. Prior to joining DBSH, Nate gained practical experience as a law clerk at two Des Moines law firms and as Student Attorney through Drake’s Elder Law Clinic.
