Mark P. McMahon is a founding partner at Erskine & McMahon, LLP. He is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law. This means that he is an expert in the field. He attended the University of Texas for undergrad and earned his JD from St. Mary’s University of San Antonio. Mr. McMahon has practiced in federal and state courts since 1977, helping his clients obtain the judgments they deserve. He is a member of the Gregg County Bar Association, service as President and Vice President in the East Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and is the V.P.
