During the past fourteen years of Chad’s legal career, he gained experienced in several areas of law including: criminalpersonal injury, including medical malpractice and nursing home abusedivorceinsurance defensereal estatecondominium/homeowner association lawappealsgeneral litigation He has experience both as a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney.  He also has experience dealing with insurance adjusters and claims representatives in personal injury and catastrophic injury cases.  Most recently, Chad gained experience practicing real estate law, focusing on serving the needs of condominium and homeowner associations. He graduated from The University of Toledo, College of Law in 1999, where he participated in the International Law Association, Woman’s Law School Association and the Delta Theta Phi Legal Fraternity.  During his law school career, he clerked for a prominent domestic relations law firm in Toledo.  Chad graduated CedarvilleUniversity in 1996, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in analytical philosophy.  He also studied history and religion and participated on Cedarville’s debate team.
