I have lived in South Florida since 1980.  For the last 14 years, I have practiced labor and employment law, including counseling corporate clients on a variety of employment law issues such as wage/hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliatoin, non-compete or non-solicitation agreements, trade secrets, family medical leave, disability, etc..  I also have experience consulting with and defending corporations concerning Title III of the ADA (accessible public accommodations for the disabled).  I have also trained managers in union avoidance dos and don'ts and assisted clients in preparing vulnerability assessments to a union campaign.
