She has 8 years of experience in the HR field for manufacturing and construction/management companies, including serving as an HR director. This experience along with her MBA degree provides Beth with a strong understanding of employer and business needs. Beth’s background includes having grown up on a family farm which reflects her hard work and above and beyond mentality she has for her clients.
