About
Your child got into some trouble. You're in the middle of a divorce. You had a run in with the law. You're fighting for custody of your child or grandchild. No matter your specific problem, I am here to walk you through it. I focus my practice on juvenile law, custody, and criminal defense. My ultimate goal as your attorney is to get you "your best outcome" in whatever situation you are experiencing. I say "your best outcome" because every client's goals are different. I will advocate fiercely for your goals and desires in handling your legal matter. I maintain a client-centered practice; you will be listened to and respected. I will clearly explain all of your legal options to you, using words that are easy to understand. Ultimately, we will work together to create the best legal strategy to achieve your goals. I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and I am a Wyoming High School graduate. I attended DePauw University and received a degree in Sociology and Education Studies. I attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law where I received my law degree. While at the College of Law, I received the Lois Rosenthal Award for Justice from the Ohio Innocence Project and founded the Juvenile Law Club. I was an Ohio Innocence Project Fellow, a legal intern at the Hamilton County Public Defender's Office in the Juvenile Division, a legal extern with the Legal Aid Society of Southwest Ohio, and a law clerk for Treleven Law LLC. Currently, I am an Associate Attorney at Treleven Law, LLC.

When Celia was working as a public defender, she was appointed to me in a custody case versus the state with my son. Throughout my case Celia was always compassionate, kind, and made things easy to understand. She gave me advice, but always told me ultimately the choices we made in the case were up to me. She was willing to speak with me for any length of time I needed to understand what would be happening at each hearing and what my options were. Even though I definitely was not her only client, she really made me feel like I was. Ultimately, I regained custody of my child, due in large part to her counsel and defense. I will ALWAYS recommend Celia to anyone who needs a defense lawyer.
