Cecil Whitley was a horrible representation and about cost me my children. He took my money and then insulted me, took up for my children's father (contrary to his abusiveness) in conversations and created an order that has caused problems for my next attorney. He spends appointments talking about himself verses your case. He read nothing that I had sent in and had no clue about things I was talking about that his staff worked on. He stated he continues to do his job because he enjoys it. What I see is that he does it for the social enjoyment verses the passion for his clients. Take your time to do your homework.
