          Being born and raised in Alabama has given me the background that has allowed me to be of service to my clients and the community.  The 4 years I spent in the District Attorneys' Office as a Family Court Prosecutor gave me the insight be prepared for all types of family court issues.  I represented the Department of Human Resorces in all its custody, paternity and child support matters.  In my private pratice, I am now engage in  helping families with various  destic relation issues arising out of divorce and related issues.  I help families with the palnning of their estates through Wills, Powers of attorneys and Living Wills.   With apppropriate pre-planning,  I can protect the family home from being sold to pay nursing home expenses.   I allso  advise local businesses  with commercial issues, including preparign incorporations and LLCs.  I enjoy helping my clients with the preparation of their Will and estate planning. My years of legal experience has given me the ability to analize and solve my clients problems with the lest amount of time and cost.
