I have the privilege of working with and on behalf of low income people to hold local redevelopment agencies to account, and ensure that they meet their minimum obligations to plan for, fund and develop affordable housing. I am also available to train, consult and/or co-counsel with other legal services or private counsel to enforce Community Redevelopment Law's affordable housing obligations.
