This is an amended review. I originally went to Catherine May Co seeking financial advise. Catherine's knowledge and compassion made me feel confident and comfortable with her abilities right away. We started to discuss my marital situation and the inevitable divorce. I retained her as my lawyer to represent me in my divorce proceedings. We discussed in depth how she would present my case during the proceedings. Being that there was children involved she understood how I felt about collateral damage to the children. Again Catherine was understanding and compassionate. She was tough and powerful when she needed to be. Catherine May Co got me through a traumatic and stressful divorce with the least amount of battle scars to me and my children. Catherine is presently representing me in other legal matters. I never felt the desire or need to question or second guess her judgement. A GREAT LAWYER!

I was put with my back to the wall and she was there when I needed her the most. I was in the right place at the right time. She will work for you and fight for you. i had dozens 'big shot' manhattan lawyers pass on my case; it took her a 1 hour free consultation to a) give me the best advise a lawyer ever gave me and b) to convince me she was my only option. since day one she was an open book, honest, truthful and not in it for the money. she charged me a retainer but not once since came after me for money. she kept me in the loop constantly and guided me in the right direction. What she said would happen, happened, what she said she would do, she did. With the help of Josh her associate there was not one phone call, text or email that went unanswered. it took us 8 months but what she was able to achieve no one (including myself) ever thought was a possibility. she literally saved my life, my marriage, my relationship with my kids and did the unthinkable. she is a young, passionate, honest attorney (two words that usually don't mix well). she is a 'shark' in disguise. do yourself a favor and if you're looking for an attorney that you can trust and need my review to convince you of that, search no more, Just go for a consultation. she will convince you with facts not words.
