As a trial attorney, Cassandra L. Feeney represents clients in both state and federal courts in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, as well as before administrative and licensing boards. Cassandra specializes in medical-malpractice defense, product liability, construction and premises liability, toxic-tort claims, appellate law, employment law, education law, and personal injury. She provides legal representation to both plaintiffs and defendants.Previously, Cassandra served as a Rhode Island Supreme Court Law Clerk for the Honorable Francis X. Flaherty, as well as the Rhode Island Supreme Court Law Clerk Department. She is actively involved in serving the community, including coordinating the firm’s pro bono work through the Roger Williams University School of Law’s Pro Bono Collaborative. She volunteers and holds leadership positions on Boards of multiple organizations, including Providence Community Health Centers, Rhode Island Women’s Bar Association, Roger Williams University School of Law, the Rhode Island Bar Association, and the Rhode Island Supreme Court Committee on Character and Fitness (by appointment of Chief Justice Paul A.
