Attorney Hoff was able to get my first offense OWI reduced to a lesser ticket. He handled all of the court appearances, and kept me informed of how the case was developing. Attorney Hoff educated me about the process, and I always felt that he was devoted to my case 100%. I would strongly recommend retaining his services.
Casey got my 3rd offense OWI reduced to a reckless driving. Casey was very involved in my representation, consistently keeping me informed. Casey is very compassionate about his clients and genuinely cares about them as a person and not just a case. I highly recommend Casey to anyone who is looking for a excellent attorney.
We walked in the door drenched in fear and anxiety. We left that day feeling heard, cared for, and impressed. From the very beginning, Casey took as much time as was needed (and more) to listen, ask questions, and capture every detail in order to put the pieces of our case together. His team worked tirelessly to explore every option and every angle of the case. Then all the options were put on the table for discussion with us, allowing us to contribute our desires first, followed by his opinion so we could collaborate to come to a wise decision on every move we made. He was solid in his research and paid attention to every detail in putting together our defense. He was always realistic and honest, didn't make a promise he wasn't able to keep, and never let us get ahead of ourselves, but always kept us focused and hopeful. Casey also functions with an admirable set of ethics and respect for all parties, which encourages everyone to work together. Casey is genuine, kind, and smart. I just can't say enough about Casey and his team. Casey is the real deal, setting standards well above the bar!
My son was facing some very serious legal issues, Casey and his team were able to come to the correct resolution to offer to the court, the court agreed, without Casey’s defense we would have not had a great outcome! Casey and his team are very thorough at going over evidence and finding the truth! If you’re looking for the right legal representation look no further this is the team your looking for!
Casey Hoff went above and beyond to help my nephew with follow-up on his petition for early release. Early release rarely happens, but Casey went the extra mile to make sure the DA had all the facts, and he successfully pleaded Nathan's case. This was truly a Christmas miracle, and we could be happier with the results Casey was able to accomplish.
I had little to no notice about a court date, I went to Casey and he got me out of that jam! Felony or misdemeanor cases he is the man! He kept me updated every step of the way and got me the best outcome I could’ve asked for. There’s no boxes he won’t check and I recommend him to anyone who is looking for legal help in the future.
Life saver!!! Ready to listen and use what he gets from his clients to wonders. He’s open minded and will review all options before coming out with the best option for your case.
As a first time OWI offender, Casey Hoff was the best choice I ever made. He took the time to listen to what happened, came up with a plan, and fully executed his role to the best of his ability. Through ups and downs, curve balls, and unusual circumstances, Hoff kept me up to date and fully aware of my rights and what options were available to me at any given time all the way through the courts. One hopes that a Criminal Defense Lawyer is NOT needed in life, but when it is, I can't recommend Casey Hoff faster or with a higher praise.
When my spouse had been charged with a disorderly contact: Domestic Violence; most people assume it’s a legitimate charge. Especially when the alleged victim has injuries. I am that alleged victim. When an incident happened at our residence, right before Covid lockdown; I’m the one that called 911. In that moment I truly thought I needed too. However, our situation had circumstances that most would not understand. Including, apparently, the Prosecution, District Attorney office, not Victim Advocates out of Sheboygan. I had mental illness, chronic PTSD and other diagnosis. The PTSD is what was significant. I struggled to understand what was real and what was a flashback. My spouse never stopped me from calling, was ready for police and even to get arrested. I refused to give a statement explaining that I needed 24-48 hours to understand what really happened and until than I wanted a no contact order. Told I could lift it at any time. I didn’t want to be influenced because of it was really his fault he deserved jail but if it was mine I needed to get further help. It WAS my PTSD. Long story short, I never turned in a statement and lifted the no contact. I was contacted by victim advocacy only two hours before his first court appearance. I explained in detail why it was not DV and about my mental illness and I was told that the prosecution would relay that in his hearing. Not only did they lie to me, they accused him of previous DV and the judge slapped him with a three month no contact. I knew a public defender would not be able to do justice to his case. By the grace of God; a flyer with Casey Hoff information was in my mailbox. My stepson forwarded order to my spouse. I’m now in lockdown. My job closed because we were non essential. I had no money, no car, no idea what to do and know no one in my town. Casey Hoff presentes himself to my husband with a passion for his job. A passion to simply help good people that have an issue with the law. He doesn’t practice for the money; to nickel and dime you. He genuinely wants to help and know the nitty gritty of the case. Mental illness is tough to live with; let alone be a spouse of. It’s embarrassing to be a victim, alleged victim, to realize that your memory is false. I knew I had no choice but to disclose and the DA, prosecution and Victim Advocacy never cared for the truth. They never talked to me once after that first call. Never interviewed me. Didn’t even take pictures of my injuries. My local PD even knew my history. I had tried to self commit seven months prior. They had several welfare check calls because I was suicidal, even just in passing they’d stop and ask how I was doing. But all the Prosecution cared about was just slamming charges on a person they didn’t know pretending to be on the alleged victims side. Casey never once made us feel ashamed. Never made me feel looked down upon. He sent a private investigator to interview me at my own residence after he successfully got us off a no contact order. The second hearing was a new judge. That prosecutor tried to keep it in place after I specifically spoke up in court that it wasn’t needed. And thanks to Casey’s due diligence and quick thinking he was able to make it obvious to the judge it’s time to listen to the alleged victim. The PI was a caring and empathetic retired police officer who spent time letting me know I had nothing to be ashamed up and that it took courage to speak up. He was able to submit a victim statement on my behalf; something those who say they were protecting me never did. Casey used every piece of evidence we gave him exactly when it needed to be presented. He had an excellent strategy, kept my spouse Informed the entire time, and when the prosecution grasped at straws trying to use an old disorderly contact insinuating I was a victim Casey spoke up with details how it wasn’t related. He was amazing and the prosecutor ended up filing a dismissal the judge granted.
In June my wife and I were out of town for a few days with our children. We have a 4 year old pit-bull that my sister-in-law watched for us while we were out of town. Long story short, we received a phone call the first night from my sister-in-law, saying that our dog attacked another dog that was walking by our house. When my wife and I got home from vacation, I followed up with the police regarding the incident. Unfortunately the other dog ended up being put down from the injuries. I received a misdemeanor citation as a result of the incident and left me with a mandatory court appearance the following month. The following week I decided to research some lawyers and based off of the reviews, I decided to hire Attorney Casey Hoff. Casey stated he never dealt with anything like this before, but was more than willing to help me out. I can say that after I spoke with Casey, I felt much more confident with moving forward. About a week before my court date, Casey called me and said that the DA is not going to prosecute the case and all charges have been dropped. This was a huge burden off my back and I cannot thank Casey enough for everything he has done. No doubt Casey is passionate about his job and cares to provide nothing but the BEST for his clients! No doubt I will go back to Casey in the future if I need to and refer anyone I know to him as well.

Long story short, we received a phone call the first night from my sister-in-law, saying that our dog attacked another dog that was walking by our house.
