I have over 23 years of experience assisting clients with a variety of commercial transactions in the areas of real estate, estate planning and probate, guardianships, entity formation, business contracts, loan documentation, oil and gas matters and leasing for alternative energy projects.  Specifically, I represent clients in real estate matters ranging from the purchase of homes, farms and ranches and investment property, to structuring the development, construction of commercial and residential properties and the drafting and negotiation of leases.  I work with clients so that their estate planning documents fit their needs, regardless of whether they need a simple Will or more sophisticated estate planning.   I regularly form entities such as limited liability companies, limited partnerships, limited liability limited partnerships and corporations in conjunction with real estate, business acquisition and estate planning for clients.   I also represent surface and mineral owners in oil and gas leasing, surface use agreements, salt water disposal agreements, wind energy leases and solar projects.
