I recently used Thornburgh Law for a car accident settlement. The car accident was a long time ago and I was getting no where with the woman who hit me's insurance. Carrie stepped in and took care of everything! She handled it all and kept me in the loop the whole time. I had to sign things here and there, but never had to talk to an insurance claims person or adjuster. I ended up getting way more money than I thought was possible. It was a very easy process and I would refer anyone in an accident to call her!
We have used her several times and could not have been more happy. She is very professional and attentive saved my husbands job during a very difficult period. I would highly recommend her!!!
I endorse Carrie Thornburgh. She is compassionate about her work, cares about her clients, and works hard to help those who have been injured due to the fault of someone else.
If there is one thing I can say about her is that she is very response. She was very knowledgeable about my case and it was settled better than I had hoped for. Calls and emails were promptly returned. I would highly recommend Carrie Thornbugh if you want some to care about you and your case.
I'm not sure what the person below me is talking about.. my experience with Ms. Thornburgh has been nothing but wonderful. She truly cares about her clients and getting them the treatment they deserve. She has helped me immensely through my car accident case. I HIGHLY recommend her!
I broke my back in a work related injury. I first chose her because she was the only lawyer I had talked with that went out of her way to come to my home so I didn't have to ride in a car with all my pain. She's very smart gets right to the point and is dealing with my case very aggressively. Carrie thornburgh has her own firm thornburgh llc
Carrie Thornburg took my case eight months ago. I tried to get a hold of her on several occasions with no phone call back. I had a previous injury eighteen years ago to the same body part. I had only talked to Carrie twice in eight months when and if she called me back it was through email. After five months with no communication with Carrie she finally asked me to send my medical records. So I went to the doctors office to retain my medical records which I had to pay almost &20.00 dollars to send them to her the lady at the Doctors office told me that the attorney usually request the medical records. Finally she told me that I did not have any proof my injury is work related. So she told me that we had to settle. Carrie did not even put an effort in to going to court to prove that my injury was an aggravation of my first injury. So I have &4,000 dollars in out of pocket medical bills and a lot of bills I could not pay when I was out of work for eight months. So now I am receiving a very small settlement that will barley cover my bills. So I am 56 years old and only have one profession that I know I cant go back to the same profession because I am afraid I will re injure myself. So now I don't know what I am going to do for work. I really thought Carrie was a compassionate attorney but now I feel she is just in it for a quick buck. If your case is not a case where it will make her a lot of money she doesn't care. I have had two Ulnar Nerve Decompression on each elbow in the past eight months. My first injury was tendentious isn't there a connection between the both injuries but I think she is more on the workman comp side than her clients. I feel like I could of done a better job on my own with out her so called representation. I am very disappointed in her lack of work.
she is lazy, she wants me to do the leg work.it takes her 5 to 8 days to return calls if you are lucky. she does not keep you informed.she told me that i cant change doctors, but i talked to another lawyer and he told me i can .
Carrie is the lazest lawyer I have ever meet ,She did not keep me informed of my case she was only looking out for a fast pay check with as little as possible work and evert on her part I was lead to believe that I had like she said and I quote were going for at least 1,000,000,00 dollars ! she talked me into settleing small for my work comp case with the belief that the big check was the third party suite then would not tell me any thing about my case and then three days before mediation she changed and she did not even have any case files or infromation what so ever I had more infromation then Carrie thornburgh had matter of fact she acted like she worked for the defendant and not me I told her I wated to take my case to trial she started yelling at me and telling me I would have to pay all this money out she did not even tell me that I had 14 days to think about it instead she said I had to sign now or lose every thing . I am filing a formal complaint and charges if possible against this so call lawyer. When it came down to the charges I disgree with what she charged me plus taking 40% out for a job that I basicly did myself ! Well I told her I disagree with the charge she threatin me that She would not give me my settlement unless I sign the final pay agreement ,She knew that I was hurting for money and was about ready to lose every thing ,she used that against me and forced me to sig the fee agreement. I am filing charges.
