Carrie and her assistant, Deborah, relieved so much anxiety I had in deciding how to proceed with long term care for my 93 years old mother. They both were a true answer to prayer: understanding, truly caring, so friendly, professional, excellent advice. When I finished my consult with them, my anxiety had subsided. I felt I had met with family to discuss our mother’s needs. Highest praise and rating to them.
Carrie filed an appeal concerning my equine insurance denial. In 3 days the insurance company accepted my claim and paid in full 3 weeks later. I would highly recommend her.
Within the past two years I have engaged the attorney Carrie Quraishi on numerous estate planning problems. The solutions she established ranged from the creation of a will, powers of attorney, and Living Wills within a Revocable Living Trust, as well as the complete funding of the entire estate within the RLT. I have also received consultation and guidance from her regarding a complex Blended-family Estate with specific asset protection concerns, as well as family heirs requiring Special Needs planning strategies. I feel very safe recommending her. She proved to be an accomplished professional, and has been extremely pleasant to work with as well -communicative & considerate, and highly experienced dealing with the complexities of estate planning. With the personal concerns involved with comprehensive family estate planning it was very important that I have someone I trusted to be attentive, and I felt very comfortable dealing with Mrs Quraishi.
When the sale of my home hit a roadblock because of a problem that happened a year earlier with the probating of my husband's will, Ms. Quraishi was referred to me by a realtor. She did a wonderful job of assuring me that it would get straightened out and through probate court very quickly. She did, in fact, follow through on her promise, and the sale was able to go through with only a slight delay. I highly recommend her.
Carrie was extremely knowledgable and took her time explaining and going over information so that my husband and I both fully understood what we were discussing. She made a process that seemed overwhelming at first very managable and easy. In less than a weeks time our wills were updated and our estate planning was headed in a way that put us much more at ease in viewing our future.
