Carrie is an associate at Herr, Potts and Potts. Her practice focuses on Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, Elder Law, Guardianships and Adoptions. She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Carrie grew up in Upstate and Western New York. She graduated cum laude from Nazareth College of Rochester with a B.A. Thereafter, in 1989, she received her J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law where she was the Editor–in-Chief of The Dickinson Journal of International Law.In addition to several years of private practice, Carrie has worked as a staff attorney for the Chester County Domestic Relations, as a law clerk for the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, and most recently, as a law clerk in the Orphans’ Court Division of the Chester County Court of Common Pleas in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Carrie is a member of the Chester County Bar Association and the Chester County Orphans’ Court Rules Committee.Carrie has been a member of the Board of Trustees of The United Methodist Church of Paoli for over 25 years. Additionally, Carrie has been an active volunteer with the Great Valley School District, Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts. She resides in Malvern and has three children in college.
