I used her services for a divorce. The main thing I asked for was a request that he pay the legal costs. I followed up repeatedly and when it came up in the documents she made it sound like we were covering our costs if we did mediation, so I sign. He's working, I'm not, and it turns out that was the legal costs, too. It feels like she just blew the whole thing off. There were also multiple instances that I was told I got a call or email, one never came through, questions weren't answered, and she said she would follow up, let me know, but I would get a call later asking where things were at.
