I hired the best Board certified lawyer and had the worse experience. The dude walked away last minute before the hearing with $13,000 ouch that hurts I am kind enough not to mention his name or he will lose all his future clients , my 6 months pay went down the drain. I believe Caroline can do a better job than a Board Certified Attorney. Give her a chance. Look how pleasant she looks in her picture. Caroline you are my next attorney and I am willing to pay you more than your hourly fee (*-*)

I was not impressed during my initial consultation with Mrs. Baldinelli. She was disheveled, unorganized and a hot mess. Two attorney friends assured me she was a good lawyer and knew her stuff. Against my gut feelings, I hired her to represent me for a child support modification. The outcome was abysmal. She appeared in court unprepared, requested documents from me only the day before which did not give me time to prepare them as it was a work day. She did not oppose untruths thrown out by the opposing counsel. She did not fight for me at all in the court room and it was as if she had a "deal" already worked out with opposing counsel. She has cost me way more money that I will ever see in child support. It was very sad and I would be ashamed of my life's work if this is how it culminated. The opposing counsel chewed her up and spat her out while she sat there dumbfounded and unable to collect a response much less put together any credible arguments. Run, don't walk away from this attorney.

Caroline had too many clients to devote the time necessary to my case. Among other mistakes made throughout the divorce process, she went into mediation without having completed the mediation spreadsheet. Instead of utilizing time available the morning of mediation, she used the time to reply to other clients’ e-mails. When the mediator, Amanda Andrae, asked for our proposal, Caroline handed it to her incomplete and inaccurate. The mediator also had to point out to Caroline that my insurance policy was not a $100,000 asset of mine. The mediator ended up having to draw up our proposal for us. The spreadsheet did not make much sense to me, but I trusted the mediator and Caroline when they said this was a fair and accurate division. I discovered after it was too late that Caroline did not catch the fact that the mediator had mistakenly listed a $28,000 bank account as my ex-spouse’s separate property rather than as asset. This oversight on Caroline’s part cost me $28,000. Since this was my first divorce and Caroline is a divorce attorney, I mistakenly trusted her to lead me through this process competently and unfortunately that was not the case.
