I was refered to Ms. Cullum by acquaintances and hired her to represent me in a Domestic Partner dissolution . She NEVER really took an intrest in my case from the begining. She constantly put things off until the last minute and then tried to rush to get things accomplished. She rarely, if ever, kept me informed and would never cc me on her correspondence, even though I requested her to do so, several times. Her work product was of very POOR quality for example she wrote a letter to the opposing attorney and refered to me by another name, and then refused to credit me the amount that she billed me, even after I rewrote the letter because she included items that I DID NOT agree to. The opposing attorney was so fed up with her delay tactics she wrote a letter complaining about it to the judge. Then on a court date set for a MSC she withdrew from the case and did not prepare the required documentation the court requires and left me in and extreamly vulnerable position whereas the opposing attorney requested financial sanctions as well as a default trial. She is an attorney who avoids confrontation and does not look out for the best intrest of her client.
