Obviously, the two parties involved have to be able to agree, to agree, in order to have everything move forward quickly. Time goes by fast during these sessions and I think I would prefer a better payment plan to know where I stand as I move forward. Overall though, the experience was pleasant with Carolan, if this kind of process can ever be pleasant.

She always seemed a bit disorganized. I feel like we had to tell her repeatedly the details of our separation agreement and still we had to send the forms back to her twice for corrections. Then we got to court and realized we were missing forms that were critical and could not be overlooked. Since it very amicable between my ex and I there was very little for Carolan to mediate. Her job was strictly to fill out the paperwork correctly for us. The fact that she did not do this doesn't give me a great deal of confidence in her abilities. She's nice enough but I wouldn't recommend her.
