In 2011 I was looking for an attorney to assist me with obtaining access to my daughters court blocked trust account to pay back taxes. Her father died in 2005 at an establishment and her paternal grandfather filed a wrongful death suit and she was awarded funds; however, her grandfather never told me of these funds and my daughter was contacted by the IRS stating there were accounts earning interest and taxes needed to be paid (my daughters grandfather was resistant to providing me with any information about these accounts).
