Carol Chow's practice concentrates on complex litigation arising in and pertaining to bankruptcies and other insolvency events.  Ms. Chow is highly experienced in the preparation and trying of cases under time pressures often found in complicated bankruptcy litigation.    Ms. Chow represents clients on a wide range of bankruptcy and commercial disputes, including avoidance actions, plan confirmation, claims objections, debt recharacterization, breach of contract, landlord tenant, and insurance coverage.  She has represented debtors, trustees, creditors, and creditors’ committees across various industries, including real estate, automotive, banking, manufacturing, and entertainment.   She has represented clients at both the trial and appellate levels.   Ms. Chow holds a BS in mathematics and computer science and brings a deep understanding of finance and technology to all of her cases.
