Attorney Carlos Maldonado is licensed in Tennessee. His primary area of practice is personal injury.Carlos is a Memphis native and attended the University of Memphis where he graduated cum laude. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Foreign Languages (Japanese and Spanish). He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. While in law school, Carlos was involved with the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, as well as pro-bono programs which helped members of Shelby County with a variety of legal problems at no cost.After graduation, Carlos spent several years working with smaller firms handling a mix of criminal and civil work. As his focus began to shift toward personal injury, Carlos developed experience working with medical experts and accident reconstructionists on catastrophic personal injury cases.
