Emilio Flores was born in the West Texas border town of El Paso. After graduating from the University of Texas, Emilio went back to El Paso and started his own successful carpet cleaning business.  A year after returning to El Paso, he was accepted to the Texas Tech School of Law.  He left his business in the capable hands of his partner and moved to Lubbock to study law.  He received his law degree in 1996. After law school, he went back home to El Paso where he began his career as a prosecutor with the El Paso District Attorney’s Office.  As an assistant district attorney, Emilio gained extensive trial experience in both misdemeanor and felony cases.  Emilio prosecuted assaults, DWIs, aggravated assaults, sexual assault and murder cases. After leaving the DA’s office, Emilio became interested in personal injury law and helping those injured through the negligence of others. He has over 18 years of experience handling personal injury claims and has represented clients ranging from small car crashes to multi-million dollar 18-wheeler cases.
