Attorney Douglas is SIMPLY THE BEST at what he does. He handled our wrongful death case & was successful in getting my love ones a multimillion dollar verdict. ALL communications (emails, calls & text) were prompt. After awhile ALL of his staff felt like family & we COULD NOT be more pleased with the "W" (win) we recieved at the conclusion of trial.
I strongly suggest anyone considering Mr. Douglas to re consider. He was my attorney and violated ethical tenants of attorney client confidentiality and failed to properly prepare my case for trial. He was trounced by defense because he lacked a general knowledge of medical issues and did not handle himself well in trial. After he lost my case, he refused to meet with me and then his behavior became so erratic that I will be asking the State Bar to investigate. Mr. Douglas, in my opinion, is very unstable.
