Carla Ford Law, APC is a litigation and consulting law firm that focuses on two areas:  employment discrimination litigation, representing employees and employers; and consulting with businesses and public entities on their compliance obligations.   Carla A. Ford, the firm’s principal, is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney with 18 years of experience in the Department of Justice at the U.S. Attorney’s Offices in Los Angeles and in Atlanta, where she represented federal agencies and their employees in a varied civil practice.  Ms. Ford’s career also includes five years as a senior compliance leader with Walmart Stores, Inc., where she led the company’s field-based team of environmental compliance managers.  Her team was charged with supporting associates’ proper execution of the company’s U.S. environmental compliance programs in more than 300 California Walmart stores, Sam’s Clubs, and distribution centers.
