I was born and raised in Tucker County, WV. I earned my undergraduate and law degrees from West Virginia University. My wife and I have lived in Pleasants County, WV ever since I graduated from law school and I served as the County Prosecutor from 1968 until 1984 and again from 2010 until 2016. I am currently in private practice and the majority of my cases are in Wood, Pleasants, Ritchie, and Doddridge County but I accept cases all over West Virginia, depending on the circumstances of your case.
