Carl did a wonderful job helping me with my Divorce in 2012. I was going through a divorce before a deployment with the Army. Carl helped me get all the paperwork done before I left and applied for a special case to allow me to be present in court via telephone to finalize the divorce. I truly can not say that I ever walked away from the courtroom as the loser. And as far as recommending him, everytime I know of someone that needs an attorney, I tell them about Carl.

Took my case as a 3rd party receiver... won't respond... will not respond to my attorney.... has been on the job almost a year and has done ZERO. Was given help and did nothing with it. Would NOT recommend this man.

I can only describe the feeling left after working with Carl for almost the past year as BETRAYED! He said all of the right things and assured my husband and I that he would be the best fit for our case as he knew his way around the custody proceedings in Wayne Co. He also sweetened it up by telling us how will he knew the Judge assigned to our case. We happily paid the $3500 retainer and felt as though we were in good hands. Needless to say a year passes and I'd say about a total of 8ish actual hours were spent on our Solid Case ( if you do the math he received about $437 or so her hour, I must add that nearly a 1/4th of the time we spent talking was gibberish about his past and such ) During our last meeting before actually seeing the Judge he Completely flipped his script and Scare Tactic-teed my husband into agreeing to obscene custody terms as I was completely shut out of the meeting for absolutely no reason other than the fact that he knew those sorts of tactics would not work on me. I would not recommend using this Attorney to anyone !
