Ethan concentrates his practice in the areas of business and commercial law, commercial financing, real estate, nonprofit law, and employment law. Ethan’s experience ranges from representing small, startup businesses and nonprofits to handling multi-million dollar commercial financing for both banks and borrowers. He has also handled the purchase and sale of businesses and worked extensively with various clients on organizational, structural, and governance matters, contract issues and compliance with employment and anti-discrimination laws.Ethan serves as Vice President and Chair of the Governance Committee of the Board of Trustees for the Berkshire Museum, and serves on the Advisory Board of the Berkshire Immigrant Center. Ethan also volunteers and serves on the Steering Committee for the Berkshire Initiative for Growth, and he is a member of the Berkshire Strategic Working Group. He also serves as legal advisor to the Berkshire County NAACP’s legal redress committee, and is Deputy Moderator in his hometown of Becket, Massachusetts.Ethan is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and Vermont.
