Mr. DeWitt’s memberships include: National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA); State Bar of Michigan (Labor and Employment Law Section); American Bar Association (Labor and Employment Law and Litigation Sections); Federal Bar Association, and the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association. Mr. DeWitt’s charitable activities have included serving as a member of the Boards of Birmingham, Michigan Little League Baseball (1999-2005), the Birmingham, Michigan Hockey Association (2005-2009), and the Metropolitan Affairs Coalition, a Regional public-private partnership of Labor, Business and Government (2008-present).
