Ms. Parkinson focuses her practice on prosecuting and defending all aspects of business litigation. She has worked on a variety of matters involving claims for breach of contract, fraud/fraudulent concealment, negligent representation, unfair competition, and false advertising. Ms. Parkinson also has previous experience in the areas of medical malpractice, legal malpractice, and personal injury litigation. On a more personal note, Ms. Parkinson is a Phoenix, Arizona native.  In her free time, Ms. Parkinson enjoys going to country music concerts, photography, playing/watching sports, and spending time with her friends, family, and three dogs.  She values spending time outdoors, especially when hiking, snowboarding and scuba diving.
