About
Before becoming an Associate at the Fendon Law Firm, Ms. Milton was a trial attorney in Maine practicing criminal law and family law in federal and state court. Ms. Milton was first admitted to practice law in the State of Maine in 2012. She was admitted to practice in Federal Court in 2013, and admitted in the First Circuit in 2014. In law school, she worked as a trial assistant at Strike, Goodwin & O'Brien, where she assisted attorneys in writing briefs and motions as well as preparing for trial. Ms. Milton earned her B.A. degree from the University of Southern Maine and her J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law.Ms. Milton was highly regarded as a rising attorney in Maine, frequently teaching continuing legal education classes to her colleagues on the topics of ethics, family law, criminal law, and technology. Ms. Milton also co-authored a national policy paper for the National Criminal Defense Association on the topic of criminal conspiracy law reform.Ms. Milton and her husband recently relocated to the Valley. In her free time she enjoys discovering all that Arizona has to offer including golf, hiking and sporting events.

Hi I was very grateful when the Courts listened to my plea and had Mrs.Milton take over my son case because in my opinion the other lawyer didn't listen to my concerns or have the skills to handle such a complex case and thanks to Mrs.Milton hard work and dedication and being patient with my special needs son.I believe she helped us get through the worst time of our lives. I admit it that the outcome of the case wasn't what a parent wants for their young adult to have a record of any kind but it prevented him from any more jail time.
