I would highly recommend Mr Gibson to anyone's going through child custody battles I heart Mr Gibson Cell be wary of 2014 at our first court date he got my children back for me after DHS forged paperwork I highly recommend for anyone going through any Department of Human Services child custody matters to hire Mr Edward Gibson
Mr. Gibson aided us in a child custody matter. We were very nervous, but he assured that he would do what he could to make sure things turned out well. He showed up for court prepared and we won our case.
We hired Mr Gibson on March 6, 2013 and it was clear that our situation would demand immediate attention. Mr. Gibson contacted us one time 6 months later to have us answer questions submitted by the opposing attorney. We did not like the way Mr. Giibson was staying in touch with us and he would not explain his stategy for our case. Finally we asked Mr. Gibson to withdraw from the case which he did, When we obtained Mr. Gibson's file for our case we saw that the opposing attorney had been asking for a 6 months to inspect the damage on our property. He even went to the extreme measure of filing to have the court order an inspection. Never were we informed. We were anxious for something to happen on our case. Why Mr. Gibson did not tell us this I do not know. He will not explain it to us. I am thankful Mr. Gibson is no longer our attorney.
We hired Ed Gibson on March 6, 2013 for a contractor liability case. He was more than anxious to get us to sign on the dotted line. Since then he has done nothing. We are living in a house that was built new by JJ Statten. They did not use proper buildings techniques and may not have had insurance that would have been required by the County Of Hancock. The house sheetrock is full of mold. We have had to move out several times due to the FUMES and is an urgent situation. The other attorney sent discovery questions which we answered. At that time I asked Mr. Gibson if he had a strategy and if so what was it. No answer. He sent an e mail that said he urgently needed to take additional pictures. I said OK any time. That was 4 months ago. He will not return phone calls. This has gone on for nearly 14 months now and we have asked Mr. Gibson to withdraw from the case if he does not know what to do.
