Byron C. Winborne is a Waxahachie attorney, following in the footsteps of his father, who himself was a lawyer in Ellis County for over two decades. He first earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Maritime Studies from Texas A&M University at Galveston. Attorney Winborne then went on to attend the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law, where he graduated cum laude and earned a spot on the Dean’s list, to earn his Juris Doctor. With membership in the Family Law Section of the Texas State Bar, the Ellis County Bar Association, and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association, he is dedicated to providing clients with thorough legal representation in whatever challenge they may face.
