I include misdemeanor victories because your case matters to me even though the charges are small. A small charge to me is a big charge to you. I will drive a corrupt judge off the bench if necessary even if it is only a misdemeanor. By drive him off the bench, I mean he threw his hands in the air and declared a mistrial and double jeopardy attached, case dismissed. He later lost his election and is no longer a judge. You either win or you don't.I also do not pay for my awards my industry recognition comes from the judges and colleagues with whom I practice. Haven't had to hire Byron. But have had been given advice from him. He takes the time for you to understand fully what you're getting into. He's straight, forward and honest! Pretty refreshing to have had the experience especially do to his line of work. The world needs more people (not just attorneys) like him! I am relatively new still to the northern Nevada area and found myself in a bit of a situation and in possible need of lawyer, a friend of mine referred me over to Byron. Well that was probably the best thing anyone’s done for me, Byron was too the point, on my side and gave me great advice and guidance through my situation! He didn’t just talk to me once for 5 min and send me on my way, he was there for multiple days to help me with whatever was needed and answered every call I sent his way! And the best part, all for free! There is no one else I would recommend to any of my friends or family besides Byron!
