He also assists families in estate settlement and trust administration, as well as residential real estate matters.Burke previously served six terms as Pender & Coward’s CEO. Prior to joining the firm, he was employed as a Trust Officer at First Virginia Bank and Virginia National Bank. He has been a contributing author to the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal, and is designated by the NAECP as an Accredited Estate Planner.
