We had some entertainment contract issues and were referred to Bryce. I really felt he was our advocate and explained every part of the process to us. When you need to hire an attorney it is generally because things are not going as you hope or want. Bryce helped us navigate negotiations that were not pleasant but in the end was able to help us achieve our desired result. I would use him again in a second and would refer him to anyone that was in our situation.
I found Atty Neier to be very straight forward and informative. I appreciated his candor and ability to explain things throughout the consult. I have had a few consults and found that my money was well spent on this one. Thank Mr. Neier for your honesty and integrity.
It kind of confuses me when I read bad reviews about this lawyer like he was reading paperwork in a car, etc. etc. I think people need to realize that sometimes disorganization can occur when someone is first starting up a new business. He is not like this today. He works with a team of professionals and they all accomplish a lot. If you have ever observed ants building a hill, bees in a hive, or wasps on a mission you will know what I am talking about. His team is very productive. He is a good leader and a great communicator. As far as his prices "being too high," well that is what happens sometimes when starting a new business. Over time I'm sure his prices will have gone down and will go down more but until then he's like every other human being just trying to make ends meet. Lawyers are human beings too. We had a few of our ups and downs but honestly I was grateful to have hired a lawyer who tells the truth. I never got mad at him for telling me the truth. I only got mad when he assumed I didn't know the truth. Kind of like that phrase "Hey tell me something I don't know." I know I need help. Lots of people do. However, there are better ways to express your dissatisfaction with something than telling me something I already know and sending that email of your confrontation to everyone in the office. Maybe some of his staff can help him with learning how to word things better to clients. I feel like his staff have helped make him into the success he is today. Great work ethic combined with team work and excellent communication among him and his staff provide for a speedy job and you get your money's worth. He just needs to research better ways of communicating with clients and when something bothers him he needs to voice his discontent immediately versus holding it all in and letting it build up over time. When you hold things in and then explode it does not look good on you. It makes it look like you can't handle yourself. If you can't handle yourself because of emails how will you handle uncomfortable emotions in court? That's all I'm saying. I hope his team goes to court with him because, like everyone else, he needs help.
Bryce helped me navigate a very complicated and potentially dangerous situation. He carefully listened to all of the facts. Helped me to remove my emotion from it so I didn't do anything stupid, and assisted me in finding the best solution for myself and family. Bryce went above and beyond to research my case and get me answers, without which I would have unknowingly made bad decisions that would have made the problem worse. If you want an extremely knowledgeable and dedicated attorney Bryce is your guy.
Hired Bryce to handle a child support termination. He did an amazing job of communicating directly with me via email (only talked to his staff to pay the bill). This is very rare! Most attorney’s barely talk to you and 90% of your communication goes through a paralegal. In addition to be a great communicator, he did a great job of preparing and arguing the case which resulted in a victory. I’d hire him again; no question.
Bryce gave me some solid advice for divorce, and he thoroughly explained the process, steps and what to expect. He was also in the military, so it was nice. He was earnest, willing to help and will press hard for his clients. He practices solid business and his staff was fantastic.
I spoke with Mr Neier about the potential impact of a family situation in a real estate transaction involving my clients. He was able to line out the salient points and point us in the right direction. We’ll definitely retain him at the appropriate time, if needed. Definitely recommended and I’ve too much experience with the legal profession to put up with an average lawyer. Liked his style.
He is a very experienced, competent and honest lawyer. You will appreciate his straight forwardness. If you want to hire someone that tells you the truth, and fully explains everything with no B.S. or surprises, then he's your man!! He's very smart , caring and honest and has a wonderful staff to assist you!!
Mr. Neier is a fantastic attorney. He's a great litigator, and his advice is as great as his courtroom skill. He's the one you want if you're in a jam and need results. He went above and beyond for me, and I can't recommend him high enough. In a world that seems to be filled with lazy and unskilled divorce lawyers, Bryce Neier is a bright spot. In my opinion, hiring him gives you an advantage in an area of law where you pay dearly if you hire the wrong attorney. Protect yourself. Hire him. He's a great attorney.
Bryce throughly explains every aspect of family law to his clients. He reviewed and answered all questions and concerns. I have personally recommended Bryce to several friends as well as family members. If you are truly looking for an attorney that will have you covered in court and do everything he can to secure a successful outcome then Bryce is the attorney for you!
